This website is full of simple recipes, history of ingredients, and my stories of a being a passionate maker and consumer of Japanese food. I have simple recipes on here and more time consuming recipes when you have a free Sunday or Saturday. On a recent trip to Japan, I realized how intricate their food is and how simply delicious it is. I try to pull from my experience there so, you guys can feel what it's like to eat in Japan.
About Me
I am a twelve year old middles schooler named Allie, who enjoys art, skiing, cooking, baking, and of course, Japanese cuisine. Some dislikes are: homework, book reports, and waking up in the morning (but really who does...) I don't really know what else to say about myself... but trust me I'm not boring.
